Terms of Service
By placing an order with RÊVER Pâtisserie, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Lead Times
- Viennoiserie and sweet treats require 24 hours advance notice
- Petit gâteaux and tarts require 24–48 hours advance notice
- Whole cakes require 48 hours advance notice
- Event and catering orders require a minimum of 1 week advance notice
Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Greater Miami, including Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We reserve the right to decline orders outside our delivery area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Allergen Disclaimer
Important: Our products are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and other common allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Please contact us if you have specific allergy concerns.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts cannot be combined and are applied at our discretion.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
